What is the best camcorder between £300-£400?

I’ve been needing to get a new camcorder for some time now, and im wondering which one i should buy. I don’t want an absolute budget camcorder but i was thinking between £300-£400. I was thinking of a good all round camcorder which can be used in any situation.
