I have about $ 400 to spend on a video camera. My wife and I just found out she is pregnant, and we will need a video camera to the "growing" years. I do not want tape or DVD - preferably hard drive, internal flash memory or flash cards. I do not know if I need HD (if the thing now). I just want to have good quality video of my kid growing up, and I do not want real grainy videos or videos that are really dark when in the most low light. is $ 400 going to get what I need?
