I have a camcorder I can connect the headphones, but no microphone jack, can connect an external microphone? I have an AIPTEK p-HD (high definition laptop) camcorder
A headphone jack is for connecting headphones and not into a microphone. As mentioned above may be able to hard wire a microphone inside camcorder, but you have to know what is doing and will void your warranty. Better than a video camera with a microphone jack.
