i want to buy a camcorder and make some skating videos what kind of camcorder do i have to buy to be able to ?
what kind of camcorder do i have to buy to make dvds do i have to buy a special camcorder to make dvds like i know best buy sells dvd camcorders and mini dvd camcorders what is the difference do i need to buy those kinds of camcorders to make dvds if not how do i do this
My best answer for you would be to buy a “minidv” (not to be confused with mini-dvd) camcorder. These record on a digital tape, and can be hooked up to your computer via firewire to edit. These, in my experience, are the easiest to use when you want to edit on your computer through various editing programs (two of the easiest being Windows Movie Maker or iMovie, depending on what platform you have).
But if you don’t have a DVD writer on your computer, then you couldn’t make DVDs. So if you don’t need to edit them and just want a DVD of what you shoot, then go ahead and get a camcorder that records directly to a DVD.
