ok how do i get 30 fps out of my web cam?
what would a pc need to get 30 fps from my web cam so that my chat room is like TV. quality i was told a logitech pro 9000 and 2 other one. could give me the live tv quality chat room so i have that cam. but what do i need to get it up to that 30 fps i want to say that i would need internet connection with big amounts bandwidth unlimited would be best and besides a web cam i could use a mini-DV camcorder with a fire wire port but cost to much. over 700 for the one i like. so any ways what would a pc need to to get my web cam working to it very best. i need 30 fps
