I need help with my Easycap device and software.?
I’m trying to capture the video from my camcorder that’s on tape. When I try to capture in Windows movie maker, it just records all fuzzed up and stops. There is nothing wrong with the tape. It does this in all video capture software.
I can’t install the software included (Ulead) because it says I need a serial which didn’t come with the easycap. Any help please?
I Had The Same Problem I Have a 3 Computer Serial Key, that I bought but I have only used it with one computer! I might be able to get you a Serial Key, if you email me and promise me that the software came with the product without a serial. My email is sammey19@msn.com!
