Product Condition
After much deliberation I finally bought a refurbished JVC Everio GZ-MG330 HDD Camcorder from Marcus Audio Video. The product arrived in a week and was in perfect conditions though not in its original packaging. It was very well packaged so there was no danger of damage during transport and includes the handle of the strap, USB cable, video editing software CD, operating manuals, etc. However, having been sent with the power cord so bad I could not connect the unit to charge the battery which means in effect that could not use.
Problem Resolution
When I looked at the documentation comes with the product that started to get nervous because there is no phone number, so it would not be able to talk to anyone. Likewise I could not find a number phone on the Amazon website. However, I returned to Amazon, reviewed my order and click the "Problem with the button is" Order. From there followed the process of contacting the seller through email, explained the problem and ask what my options were. It was confirmed that return the product for a refund or attempting to source power from elsewhere. What he could do was to send the correct power source.
I did not want to return the product you decided to order the power supply from a different source and when Marcus sent me a copy of Audio Video the invoice for the replacement power supply was promptly refunded the amount.
