Where can I get an installation disk from Samsung?
I have lost the installation disk for my Samsung VP-D963 camcorder. I've been on the website and tried to download the software, but it will not work. Any suggestions?

JVC GR-ranking if I mistaken, mini DV (tape) if you are trying to capture video to the computer that needs no driver, as Windows uses its own. check your system to see if there is a device in your PC, otherwise, we need an IEEE1394 Firewire card and cable is not expensive for the card of 15-20 and 5-10 for the cable. If I'm wrong, and its not a Mini-DV camcorder, I checked the JVC website, but may have to give the complete model number. most are GR and then have another three numbers RR for good luck
