will my computer read a .mod file?
I am planning on buying this video camera but on the customer ratings someone said that the videos are formatted in .mod and that many computers dont read that type of file. I dont know if my computer does and I dont know how to find out. I have an Apple laptop.

I have the same camcorder. I use iMovie ‘09 on my Mac. It reads it, but on Windows, it doesn’t. It comes with the software to use .mod files. You can use the software to convert it.
