Canon Dvd Camcorder Software

Canon Dvd Camcorder Software

Just bought a HD camcorder from Canon.?

Is there a good software i can transfer files to a DVD or BlueRay. I have software that came with it, but its very weak .. Consider your HD Canon VIXIA HF-100 AVCHD Flash Memory Camcorder their uses flash memory. I have a card reader plugged into my computer. I would pay for the software from Sony like I did with the camera ... I dont think so.

What media are you working with? HDV Tape? Flash memory? Better yet, just let us know the exact model camera is working and really going to give a personal reply. Wiring, procedure, and the software we suggest that the camera will depend on accurate you are using, so. EDIT: A program like Corel / Ulead VideoStudio work with the AVCHD format. I again in version 7, and I used the c2 test or any of them are today. Features solid, fairly easy to use, works with DVD / Blu-Ray formats. For my regular work, using Avid Xpress Pro Http: / / www.ulead.com / runme.htm IF you are a student (not sure if it is, but it's worth asking), has reviewed education sites selling discount programs like VideoStudio, Vegas, Avid Liquid, Adobe Premiere and a host of others? Recommendations: * I tried http://www.specialtyvideosupply.com/ SVS (which also work for clients videoguys.com regular), very useful! I. What is MTS file?

MTS is a high definition format MPEG, AVC, H.264 video transport stream file format commonly used for high-definition cameras such as Sony, Canon, Panasonic.
. MTS files are used mainly with hardware Sony. Videocámaras make use of MTS in the form of AVCHD, a format made specifically for recording cameras video. Some models of Canon camcorders also use MTS files. These files are also present in the collections of Blu-ray, hence that are capable of storing a considerable quantity of information and data tracks.

II. How to play videos in Mac MTS form Free

href = "http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html"> VLC Media Player can play videos in the AVCHD format, a great compression format used in recent HD camcorders. The latest version of VLC can play files of .92 meters natively on your Mac. Download and run this application, drag the MTS video to the playlist, and then double-click it.
MTS Now you can play video on your Mac:

Tips:
You must have iLife '08 installed in order to Play mts files. using VLC.

III. MTS Converting video to DVD on Mac?

If you want to convert MTS, TS, M2TS files to DVD Mac, you need a third party software to help you complete your work because MTS can not import iDVD to burn a DVD. I recommend DVD Creator. It is an excellent video to DVD recorder for Mac that can convert MTS Mac DVD to be played on portable DVD players and home.

Step 1: Run MTS Video to DVD Burner MTS load for Mac and Mac Video to DVD Creator
Insert your videos from your Mac Click the Add button to upload their videos MTS.
Step 2: Editing video files
You can "Cut" and "Crop" files video and adjust the effects before burning the MTS video to DVD on Mac OS X.
Step 3: Previewing the project
After finishing all the editing, you can click the Preview button in the main interface to preview your DVD project.

Step 4: Burn to DVD on Mac M2TS
After choosing the correct DVD disk and the suitable video quality, you can click the button "Record" to set the burn settings and burn your DVD project. There are three output options: DVD, DVD Folder and ISO file. That's all. You've finished recording the video of MTS to DVD on Mac OS!

not too bad

by Casey559 from on 2010-06-28
I won this camera today in a pizza parlor game. I put in $1 and won on my first try (each try costing 50 cents). I thought I might be able to sell it, but looking at the other reviews thought it best to try it out. It took me a while to figure it out but overall it's not that bad. The screen is very small, and it makes the pics not look too bad. Once you upload them they do not look good. I did happen to get one good photo. In the bright light of a window the pic turned out descent. My complaints on this camera are simple.

1: It doesn't come with any memory.
2: The compartment where ports are accessed (such as attaching to a computer or a TV) is very hard to keep open enough to not cause damage.
3: Deleting pictures is complicated. There is a delete button but the selection process is hard. The option you do not want to choose is the one in a different color.
4: The screen is just soooo tiny.

The thing I really like are the software it comes with. The editing option is not the best but it makes it convenient to upload the pics I have taken onto facebook, MySpace, or YouTube. I haven't tried the TV connector yet but quality will probably be poor.

Granddaughter has a great time with it.

We have this to her for her birthday. She is priceless. She runs around the house recording away. Most of the time she will just record right over shots she took the day before. Great for a young kid.

ZERO STARS PLEASE!!

I agree with the previous posts. My daughter and I "shared" another digital video camera from Aiptek. Due to the "teenager" usage (dropping it continously and keeping it in her cluttered purse) we were starting to have small problems with it. I decided we needed a back up. I happened to see this one at WalMart for $45.00. THIS WAS NOT THE BACK UP WE NEEDED. The tiny 1.5" screen I could have accepted if the quality was there. As soon as I opened it up I knew I had probably made a mistake. The instructions tell you that it will not even work without an SD card, so if you are looking for a cheap camera dont forget to add an SD card. I put in new batteries and my SD card and the only image I see is very dark and fuzzy on the screen. Dont waste your money. I'm making a trip to WalMart to take it back and pay a little more for quality. Oh, and ours is pink, not blue..I really dont think color matters at this point.

Don't buy this camera

DO NOT BUY A DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA FROM SAKAR

The product did not work and customer support was horrible!

First I did not buy this item from Amazon - my daughter received it as a Christmas gift but since I use Amazon.com a lot, I figured others could benefit from our bad experience with Sakar.

After purchasing an SD card (not included with the camera) she was able to try to take movies. All images were so blurry as to be unrecognizable. The camera would not focus on any image regardless of the light source, battery power or SD card. I called the customer support number but was told to call back later because they could not help me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on permanent hold. I eventually hung up, which I believe was their goal in the first place.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.

WORST customer service ever!

by Becker from on 2008-11-20
We purchased this item (one similar) to this last Christmas. Shortly after the first use, we were unable to watch the recordings on a tv screen. After being transfered to numerous people at Sakar customer service, we were told the problem was with the AV cable and they would "happily" send us a new one.

After 7 months, 7 phonecalls, and 7 more promises that they would send a new cable, and they still never followed through. I have talked to several managers, but when I call back to speak to that particular manager they are somehow "unavailable". I think they have a phantom employee named Andrew and he is the scapegoat for any troubles. When you call to speak to him, he doesn't exist . . . yet he was the manager that made all of the promises.

I would NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. The camera itself was okay for it's inexpensive price (had it continued working!), but if you encounter any kind of warranty issue, dealing with this company is a nightmare!!!!

BUYER BEWARE.

Also, don't expect video camera quality . . . this is definitely ONLY a toy. Sound quality is very poor.

Worthless

by Dorothea L. Jones from on 2010-01-11
This camcorder is really a waste I brought it for my granddaughter...she did not use it right away. Well, when she did the quality was truly poor. I took out the SD card and was unable to put it back in. It is as if there were a spring in it that sprung...misplaced the receipt and can not even get it fix. Not that I would want another for her, but I hate being out of $50. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this JUNK! What a waste...and disappointment for the kids.

Horrible!

I can't believe this company is even allowed to market this item as a video camera, when it only captures a few seconds worth of poor quality footage.

AWFUL PRODUCT

by H. Penty from Centerville, Ohio United States on 2009-01-06
I too wish I would have read these reviews. Santa brought this for my 8-year-old for Christmas. You could not even see a clear picture on the screen, totally blurry. I took it back today, and now my daughter unfortuantely has nothing from Santa, because you couldn't pay me to replace this piece of junk. If there was a choice of no stars, I would have picked that!!!!!!!!!!
