should I upgrade the Canon HG10 to the HF200?

The picture quality from the HG10 is awesome despite being 1440 x 1080 (Not full HD as advertised), I am thinking to upgrade it to the vixia HF200 which has full HD recording with a higher bitrate. It has other advantages like the SD card storage instead of the hard drive as in the HG10 (which was a bit annoying). They claim the video quality is better in the HF200 in low light conditions ( It was a bit grainy in the HG10). My first concern is the video quality, and since I know this might be dependent on other factors I can’t give up the HG10 easily for some advertised extra features on the HF200 ( despite having better reviews on cnet.com). So does anyone have an suggestion?

The difference between HG and Hf is that HG uses a hard drive and HF uses a flash drive. I personally bought HF 200 because of this reason today. I chose flash drive because it’s lighter and no parts inside are moving.
However, I’m actually thinking about returning it and getting an HF s100 because it’s much better. It works better in low light and it has a better screen resolution,
How about getting HF s100? it’s only about 200 or 300 dollars more expensive. I think it’s a better investment if you are going to have it for a long time.
