Returning to my video camera?
I bought a video camera over 6mths ago. The screen has constantly flips out so you can not see through it more and have to register through a small hole, the price of a camcorder that records through tapes. It is also slow to record, press rec and only 1 second later records! 1) Is why dosnt register until a second later because of it through tapes, cheap camcorder or a defect? 2) It appears not to load in the team but must have a firewall cable, video stuttering from one point to another! this is the cable, the computer or the camcorder? 3) Is the shop trying to fix the video camera or just replace it with a new one, with the only fault to be on the opposite side of the screen? If you take how long does it take to make be returned? Thanks
It all depends on where you bought your camcorder and its policies. They will explain this to you when you try to return to the camera. In some places will take the camera and issue a refund or let you choose anything else. Other places will charge all sales are final, and in some places is an attempt to repair the product. You can also check the warranty card to see what other options you may have if you want to keep the camcorder.
