ReviewsGreat portable camera The pros/cons are about the same for every digital camera of this size. The low light video isn’t great, the mic isn’t great, the pictures/video in outdoors is pretty good. I had no issues with batter life, and 2 gigs of internal storage is nice for putting music/videos on. Yes, you can put movies and music on this, which came in handy. The interface is so-so. The manual micro/macro lens adjustment can be a pain if you forget to check it. This is a great little camera for hiking and traveling. My Opinion Adequate for the price, but has some flaws Great first camera Strangely enough this is also an mp3 player… I don’t know why every electronic device has to have mp3 playback, but this has it incase you have too much room on your SD card and want to listen to some tunes. Not your Best choice 1. The mic SUCKS and the external mic port is no better no matter what you do to the mic. There are no internal setting for the external or internal mic in any way. 2. It isn’t true HD at all. The screen is all fuzzy and so grainy in some places it’s just a mess of colors. 3. If you have a mac computer lucky but it’s not compatible with any windows program. It recorders in .mov format. 4. It has NO stabalization. Even on a tripod it shakes. This camera was a terrible purchase, I suggest you go by a $[...] TRUE HD camera instead. Believe me it’s worth it!  |
