Transferring Mini DV camcorder from Sony to PC then Burn to DVD?
I would like to know step by step how to transfer my Mini DV recorded movies on my Sony video camera on my PC first then on a DVDR. I have a Windows XP installation that has a 16X DVD-RW. The camcorder is Sony camcorder and I have saved on the desktop software that comes with it and can connect to PC and playback of movies, but that's all I know. Please advise me how to save the movies just for the PC and then on DVD. I'm new to the PC. I Nero on my desktop and only know how to burn CDRS. thanks
Probably most would not agree that the mini DV tape as a means of file is not the best, since even the super computers of large companies use tape to archive.
