Cannon mini DV camcorder?
I bought a mini DV camcorder cannon Christmas and recorede some videos, the camera did not come with necessary cables for me transfre files on my computer, when the cable to come, YET NOT having the right things, so I ordered a card put in the rear of my computer, I installed it and plugged it into my camera, and still dident work When I plug the FireWire cable to my camera I hear a "Ding" at my desk, but nothing happens after that, nothing appears, I tried to be moving to windows movie in which the author says, "from capture device "or anything, Although it says its connected to the hand any connected device, etc. So what do I transfer the video to my PC?

I know WMM sucks, but I wonder? I've also thought about buying Sony Vegas Movie Studio, so you have that if a provision of better film-editing program. But are you happy about the Canon ZR900 (or similar)? PS: Do you have an SD or adjectives is MiniDV?
Cannot get video rancid camera?
Ok, I bought a PCI video card from New Egg. Create a FireWire port for me to plug in the mini dv camera. The new problem is that I find cannot get the video how sour my camera. I've tried almost everything. I have four different video programs on my computer, including the one that came wth the card video, and each time you click, get video from the camera, she says she cannot find a compatible camera. How can I do this? Can anyone help? I have seen, and I was gone like the cam site to see if an update for the camera or computer t make it compatible with Vista but said WTH camera and must be compatible. What else can I do?

Capture the footage shot at 24p to 29.9 fps?
I shot a short film in 24P and I am now going to cut it with Premiere. But my problem is that not have access to Premiere Pro, which is the only altered copy of Premiere, which can capture 24P. What will happen if the catch of 29.9? Found in any other solution?
The computer does not see PV-DV53 camcorder?
I want to transfer video clip from my Panasonic PV-DV53 camcorder to your PC. I purchased and installed Stor FireWire PCI Card. My system XP will automatically find the driver and installed it. I did not see any pale signals within the system administrator the device. I connected my camcorder to the PC with FireWire cable and computer didsn't recognized as a new device. I have two cable, so I tried so without help. Does anyone know what the problem? And, of course, be in my video camera.
Sony Handycam custom computer read when I connect via USB?
I hav a Handycam Sony video camera (DCR-TRV285E) and I get some acid material, but when I connect to the computer / laptop via USB does not appear on the computer.
