Question about the Panasonic VDR-D210?
Im thinking of buying this camcorder to create. Me and my friends love to make videos small and need something that will have better image then a Sony 5 year old digital camera. We needed something that was good in low light, a good image and easy to transfer to a computer. So I looked up and comments camcorders while others are either too expensive or comments, says the quality is terrible. Many people suggested this camcorder. Is there anyone here that this camcorder? If you can tell me what I think is good and how good quality. Also, if you know of any better video cameras that do not cost more $ 300. Can you also get a tripod for this?
The films are generally released - that way you can get the bad shots out. Cameras DVD video from video capture is not intended to be edited - so that when people try to edit video from camcorders based on DVD, is a pain. I would suggest the Canon ZR800, 900 or 930. They use a miniDV tape. If you have a Mac, you probably already have a FireWire port because all Macs made in the last 6-7 years was with one (the only exception is the new Mac From the air). All camcorders have a tripod mounting screw hole on the bottom. Get a tripod a quick "release".
