my computer wont allow me to capture film and i have a usb cord & a camcorder but i need the software
You do not need the CD – you can capture/import video to your computer using any video editing software. If you are using Windows XP, use Windows Movie Maker – which should be already installed on your computer.
Also, you would need to connect your camcorder to your computer with a firewire (DV or iLink) cable. The USB cable would be use only to download photos from the memory card.
