Unlike the series of Sony Handycam Flip Ultra screen is very small (1.5 inches) and not Swing Out for self-portraits.

Unlike the Canon GRD-250 which boasts a powerful optical zoom, the Flip has no optical zoom, only a 2 x digital zoom.

While other digital camcorders, including Sony and Canon uses different means for storage of recordings, such as DVD drives, flash or MiniDV tapes, the Flip Ultra has no tapes or disks, all images are downloaded through attached USB connector, which leaves at 90 degrees to the camera.
USB that connects to a computer and the images are downloaded to the PC, which can be played, copied to a hard drive and burn to a DVD and, of course, edited in standard editing programs. There is also a special cable to connect it to a TV and view images directly.
The recording process:

Size does not matter
Unlike video cameras with digital and traditional, even more compact models, such like the Sony Handycam, the Flip Ultra can go anywhere and everywhere, like a purse, beach bag, or pocket. Video Quality:
