Sorry to be demanding, but its specification is too vague. It might be better to describe what you want done with the camera. Why 60fps - I assume you're using PAL? "Low light performance" - How low? "Sensor good" - what does that mean? With its budget would be looking at the HV30 or HV40 - camcorders are great, but not meet your specifications!
