problme here it is my little, I have a video file, I want to play slow.is is no software that can listen calmly and keep telling the toooo.i Next time I play my saved file is DAT slow ..... ..... in other words he wants a softwre that lower the frame rate of any file video and the important thing is I just want to play slow, but I want to save 4 my next time.coz I have to slow again.
