How can I permanently delete the videos on my flip video ultra hd without it being recovered?
either with downloading software that permanently deletes it or getting replacement hardware. I’m going to sell my flip video but I don’t someone to recover any of my videos.

Three iterations should be plenty, but if you are really paranoid (should have kept your clothes on!) do it 6 or 8 times. That will keep even the FBI from recovering the memory.
