- Build a list of buyers. It’s just like an affiliate marketing e-mail list. You build this list by contacting those who buy or place a substantial bid on the websites you put up for sale. Just send them an e-mail asking them if they would like you to contact them when you have websites to sell in the future, and many of them will say yes if you provide quality websites. Once your list is large enough, you may not even need to use Flippa to sell your websites!
- Create quality content. Your websites reflect on you as a website seller. With good quality content, you’ll sell your sites for a higher price, and forge your reputation as a resource for quality websites.
- Use white-hat backlinking methods. Always make sure to engage in legitimate SEO techniques from “clean” websites! The last thing you want is to have to deal with unhappy customers once your website is already sold and off your hands.
